Stephen (Steve) J. Tapogna, a third generation Nevada native, has recently joined Stark & Associates as a Sales Associate. Steve was raised and educated in Reno attending Earl Wooster High School and the University of Nevada Reno.

Prior to Joining the Stark team, Steve spent the last 31 years with Renown Health as its Corp. Director of Materials Management and the last 20 as Director of Real Estate and Property Management. Prior to his time with Renown, Steve served as Director of purchasing, City of Reno. He has served as President of the National Purchasing Inst., Director, district 12, ISM, Chairman of the Local Govt. Purchasing Study Commission (State of Nv.) and is a past member of the So. West Truckee Meadows Advisory Board.

In addition to Steve’s business activities, he is past President of C.A.R.E. Chest of Sierra Nevada and Pyramid Sertoma, Past Chairman of the Washoe County Advisory Board to Manage Wildlife and currently sits as a Director for Nevada Bighorns Unlimited.

Hobbies include family, the hunting and shooting sports, fishing and golf. Steve is married to Sue and their daughter Angela is in her third year of Med. School in Kansas.
